Heres the breakdown: We accept returns received to us within (7) days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt) Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered, free of pet hair, deodorant and makeup to receive a refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will not receive a refund or store credit.
- You can return any item for exchange or store credit within 7 days.
- Exchanges can be processed for the same item unless the product is no longer available, in that case the customer can choose another item with a similar price.
- Returns and exchanges can take 5 to 7 business days to process.
- Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered or washed. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang-tags, attached.
- Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
- We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.
- Final sale is noted on the product page and these items are not returnable.
